Make Something Every Day

Sometimes if I get in a slump, I feel better if I make something.  There's just something about it that makes me feel like I've accomplished something.  Whether it's painting a piece of furniture, baking, doing a little sewing, etc.  So I typed up this very simple print for my office.  I used the contribute font from dafont.com.  I've just recently discovered the joy of downloadable free fonts and I'm hooked.

I framed the print and hung it in the corner of my office.  It seemed like an appropriate place to hang it.   The frame and mat were thrifted and just needed a little spray paint facelift.

I've started a little mini gallery wall in the corner of my office.

Here's a copy for you to save and print if you'd like.  If it turns out a little blurry you can always just download the font I mentioned above and quickly type one up.

great sentiment. (I also love the red greek key trim on those curtains!)

Love it! You've found the best artwork in there. Thanks for the heads up on the font website! And, your curtains are still one of my favorites. Think I'll try some similar in my bathroom redo.
