I have some exciting news to share. I have just started writing articles over at ehow and my first few projects are up! I'm so excited for this opportunity and can't wait to share many more simple DIY projects with you through this outlet. Here are two projects I recently completed for them.
First up is this easy DIY faux succulent pen planter. Do you remember those daisy pen planter things that used to be popular? You still see them from time to time on a teacher's desk or in a doctor's office. Well that is what inspired this project. I wanted to do an updated version of that with some faux succulents. I think they look fairly real and I love the fact that they can be used as pens too! You find the DIY here.
Next up, I wanted to create an inspiration board for my office. Somewhere I could pin inspiring images and keep things organized. So, this DIY fabric memo board seemed like a good solution. You can find the tutorial here.
I also just wanted to say thank you to all of you who take the time to read this blog. I know without you this opportunity wouldn't have been possible!
