I hope you all had a fun, safe Halloween last night. We kept things pretty low key and stayed around our house and passed out candy. Our little one is really too young to get how the whole trick or treat thing works so we took her to a few neighbor's homes and then just passed out candy. Although she wasn't a huge fan of giving the candy to the other kids. We're working on the whole sharing thing. :)
She was a cabbage patch kid. I figured it was probably the last year I would be able to have her wear something like this, because next year I'm sure she'll have her own opinion about things. I ordered the wig from Ebay for $10 and picked up the overalls at Goodwill. I made an iron on cabbage patch logo with the Target version of this paper that I already had. On a side note, I waited until the last minute to make it and realized our printer was out of ink. I ended up using a few markers to color the whole thing by hand. I figured it was worth a shot and it actually worked! I'm not worried about the longevity of it because she's never going to wear them again. I just used a little wonder under and some leftover fabric to make the heart patches for the knees.

I could only get a smile out of her when I used the "yight" (aka the camera flash)
p.s.-My beaded chandelier came in this week and I've already installed it. Can't wait to share some pictures!
