Spoonflower

Do you ever get an idea stuck in your head for a fabric you would love and then search fabric stores to find what you have envisioned in your mind only to be let down?  Enter Spoonflower.  If you haven't heard of it before, you should check it out.  I think it's a great resource for fabrics.  You can design your own when you have a specific vision for what you want or search prints that others have designed.  You could even use it to personalize fabric.  You can also choose the type of fabric that you want your design printed on.  Whoever thought of this is a genius.

I'm thinking of using this site to design fabric for my office curtains, I'll keep you posted when I do.

I love this soft pink chevron, so girly.

the coral chevron is also calling my name...

some others I'm loving...

this one would be awesome in a boy's room

this navy ikat is really nice too...

and I could go on and on.  I love fabric and think it's a great jumping off point for an entire room and with this website the possibilities are endless.  Go ahead and check it out and be prepared to be sucked in.  I'm not being paid to write this post, just think it's a great resource and wanted to share.

Spoonflower is almost as much of a time sucker for me as Pinterest. So much good stuff!
